Comments:
Now that the drugs have worn off, I want to make a note on hurdle mobility. Since it is unlikely I will have any access to the hurdles themselves, I will just do the first 2 sections (Leg mobility and dynamic flexibility), and leave out the hurdle drills I have been doing for the last month. I can then add those in when I get back and it will be the whole package.
Also, I cant bring my exercise ball on vacation, so I need to find place to do breaks or have Max hold my ankles.
38 miles next week. 40 after that.
