Comments:
has eggs in the morning. a little pasta and a lot of cookies last night. got to the meet, and ate a muffin, did some chem homework, drank a smooothy, and a lott of water. warmed up for the mile. mile went off and i statyed in 2nd until the end of the 2nd lap, then passed fast and tried to pace myself from their on out, felt very relaxed, very smooth, not painful at all. kicked at the end, but still had a lot of energy left. i ran a 4:48, but i think i could have gone 5-10 seconds faster today. 4*800, i felt like i pushed it on my first lap and last lap, but not hard enough on the middle two. then the 4 by 400, i stayed relaxed and especially relaxed my face, felt good. I ran a 2:13ish 800 and a 58 400. happy with the day, hopefully i can do better in the mile next time i race.
