Comments:
I warmed up two miles and helped push the top 12 in their workout, "The Michigan". It was very tough for them... I only did the mile hard (5:08), and two other laps (one in the 1200 and one in the 800). The rest of the time I just jogged around and tried to stay warm... It was an easy day.
