Weather: Damp and cool - 6am start
Comments:
Ran similar route as to yesterday. Just down 45th Ave till I reached the point I turned at yesterday and just turned around. This was 3.2 miles with hill. Knees a little banged up, and left calf is a little stiff. Must stretch more! I think I will try to avoid hills for the next couple runs, although I will probably run the park in Seattle that I ran way back when I was out there in Nov. because it was fun!
