Morgan came over for my birthday, we watched Doctor Who and went climbing. I've had worse birthday days :)
I did land weirdly coming off one of the routes, back wasn't pleased with the stiff legged approach. Hurt for a minute, seems fine now though. Hah! First complaint in my new 'old' age!
