We ran 2x1 min, 2 min, 3, 2, and 2x1, all at approximately race pace. It was pretty hard, and I died on the 3 when we hit a particularly difficult hill. Overall not the best workout.

Fun fact: It started snowing not 20 minutes after we finished our workout! Lucky us!
