really pleased with this run/route
17 minute warmup to BK hill, drills etc there
ran BK, ran back down, ran it again back down chain bridge road for a cooldown to 47 place hill. did that twice. i was going to stop, but then felt like doing the georgetown hill by glover once. pretty tired at the end but overall good day/workout. then naptime

followed 3 hours later by an 40 minutes of strength with what i have at home (2 8 lb dumbells, bosu ball, big bouncy ball) still working on an official plan, but trying stuff out to see what needs work. love break.
