Goooood Run

Comments:
Legs felt very crisp today, especially as the run progressed. The reason for the title of this is because even though it wasnt blazingly fast or a PR,it felt a lotttttt better than what Ive been feeling for the past week or so. Got some interval work in too, not too much, just "testing the waters" really, felt good (3x150, 1x260). Surprisingly each interval got faster and faster (27,26,25) except for the 260. Probably gonna do something along the same lines tomorrow.
