Comments:
my greatest fear is not that I'm inadequate, but that my PR in the Half is 1:28 and I am not satisfied!
Post bike tempo run.
Goal: ease into first hour and then hit race tempo for a bit.
Husky Stadium Loop (7.8 miles) @ 58min
to Zoo Loop (6 miles) @ 40min
cranked it home. Felt horrible first mile, then like a machine. Then starving!!
post run stretching at home.
