Comments:
8x200 with 1 lap jog in between. i had to run backwards in lane 6 cause they have specific directions for different days and i had to do my recovery lap in lane 4. times weren't as fast cause i had only about 1:15-1:25 jogging rest in between but overall i felt strong and i was consistent. splits were (31-31-32-31-31-31-31-29)
