This was at a higher effort level than the pace suggests because 8/10 miles was in a snow covered field and it was tough (the other 2 miles were like 6:45 pace). Every step forward was a half step back.
My plantar fasciitis was feeling a lot better today, although the blisters made a comeback. I plan to take it easy again tomorrow and hopefully get rid of the plantar fasciitis, long run Thursday, and go from there. I'm looking to start CoachL's workouts next week because with my foot the mess it is now, it's just not going to happen this week.
