Tough one today. First time doing intervals for a good week or so. Did 3(4x260) with equal amount of recovery jog. Just did them in a field around my house, right after the 200 mark there was a hill for the next 40 meters or so, made the workout that much harder but, Im sure it will be helpful down the road. In between each set walked and stretched for approx 2 minutes and in between each interval after the recov jog walked for about 10 seconds then went at it again. Made sure the to push the middle set the hardest, last set's times suffered because of this but the effort was there for sure. Very tired, very sore, going easy for the next few days. Feel accomplished though, I stuck with what I said I was going to do.
