Apparently Morgan and I had similar plans on the week as we both ran 800m workouts. Similarities seem to end there though as they had rather different focus's.

3 mile warm up, 3 mile cool down.
6x800m@2:52 with 90 seconds of rest was goal. We got distracted on the first one and it was too slow, but the rest were at or under 2:50. Like usual with us, steady state was the goal but Russ and Jordan are too big on picking it up at the end. I think we were usually on pace for 2:52 until the last 100 meters or so.

It felt really easy, even with the minimal rest.
