Comments:
Ran from work. Decided to see if I could go a whole mile, so I walked to warm-up for a few blocks, then ran down 13th all the way to campus, 1 mile
Felt pretty good but a little tight. Stopped for 5min to stretch at Carson, then ran back, the whole time. Increasing tightness but very low grade. And NO SORENESS the rest of the day! Very cool.
