Tempo on Fisher...versus the Wind

Comments:
I went for a 5 mile tempo on fisher. I had the wind at me on my way out...and it is also mostly uphill so that was not the most enjoyable. The way back however was much nicer. I finished feeling like it was harder than a tempo should have been but it was still good. With the hills and the wind I figured it would be tough. Then, a longer cool down. Abs, Hips. Tired. On the way out I was at about 6:00 minute miles and then 5:30 on the way back.
