where the heck did this come from!!
I guess that taking over a week off from lifting, and then taking an easy day before hand and not biking before the gym may play a part. Yay for recovery!! I hit a second milestone, goal #2 of my base training, my squat weight goal (after hitting 500 last time for leg press). woo!

Jog and stretch warm-up
Squat: (in between sets I did 8 reps bench press at 100lbs and then did chip-ups to failure.. this became near impossible :)

Lat Lunge (in between sets, Roman Chair and hip flex stretching)

Leg Press: (alternating foot position to work inner and outer thigh... freaking eh, waaaay harder)

@460 8x14 (to failure (and wicked calf cramp)).
