Comments:
So excellent! I think pickups are difficult because there is no feedback. So selfishly, it works really well for me to stay in the front for the beginnng - then I feel like I'm doing well so it keeps me going strong the whole time. Also, coach says go as fast as possible then die. Going fast is fun and good practice! At the end my legs and ARMS were feeling like jelly, and I did die sort of - I was with the back/middle of the group.
