Weather: not bad
Comments:
4x400 with 2 minutes rest, then 5 minutes rest followed by 10x200 with jog rest. 400's felt really natural which made me excited for track; 66, 65, 64, 63. 200's were straight 30's for every single one, and they weren't as fun. Felt controlled and hopeful for track.
