Warmup and cooldown with conference team, easy run around the park with Alex, saw 4 different dogs out on walks: greyhound, Germain Shepard, rottweiler, and one couldn't identify, hip felt better than Wednesday, static 3 with track, abs, 11 buddies with Bobby, 10 min ice left hip.
