Walk/jog to Oakway

Comments:
Had a nice, relaxing morning, reading "Born to Run" and doing lots of L heel raises and stretching before going for a walk/"sprint" to Oakway to meet Britt.

REALLY focused on a firm push-off/use of the L leg, rather than babying it. Focused on LEFT STRIDES (counting) rather than time, alternating between 20-100 L strides, then walking a ways. Ran on/off 'til the Autzen Bridge, then it got sore, so I walked the rest of the way.

At Oakway, did maybe 20min of biking w/Britt, then some pull-ups.
