Comments:
The run is usually not too bad, but there was a lot of snow on the roads, so it was hard to get a good grip. Occasionally there would be patches of exposed road that we could run on, but most of the time we were slipping everywhere on the snow. The good part is that the snow gave our knees a break from our constant road and gym running.
