Comments:
ran at warren with micah and d'juan. their indoor track was a rectangle with slightly rounded curves and it was 80m by 40m long so it was kind of hard to make the turns. it took me a few reps to get callibrated but once i did i had a good workout. i was going for alternating 32 and 30s 200's with 1:45 rest after the 32's and 1:30 rest after the 30s. splits were (32.8--28.9--35.0--30.5--33.2--29.9--32.6--29.7--33.9--27.1)
