6x 70 sec hard "400 repeats" (1:30 jog recovery) around gravel road

I decided to try the first of my 400 workouts today, though I realized I didn't know where exactly a 400 was so I just ran hard for 70 seconds. There were stretches I opened up nicely and probably on pace and other sections where the snow had blow on to the path enough that hitting the pace was probably impossible. I have no idea how close I was and it was all effort-based. I randomly came across my HS Coach, so I ran two miles of the warm-up with him. The warm-up and cooldown were almost entirely in the deep snow back section so the paces would be absurd. My blister was no more than a minor annoyance. My stomach bothered me some and was my biggest issue today, but that's a better issue than what I've been having. I think I have a lot of work to do in order to be ready in a couple weeks, but hey, who knows?
