fartlek

soo my workout plans completely got turned upside down because of a surprise trip to florida (leaving thursday). so i have to rearrange the plan for this week (or not go by the plan and improvise)
felt like a fartlek kind of day. also felt like a crescent trail kind of day. so i combined the two-crescent trail fartleks. I'm not really sure where on the trail i went, so I cant really say, but I know I warmed up for 15 minutes, drills whatnot, then started w/ a series of pickups 4 minutes hard 1 minute rest. 5 times. 15 minute cooldown.

It was hard, I'm tired, but thats good. I think it was a pretty good workout. Not sure if it was exactly what I needed, but I'm not really sure what I need, and I was feeling the fartlek today. My feet have a little issue, but not in the usual spot but I wont get into that here. Im really feeling good, dont want to jinx anything, but its nice to feel in shape and pushing.

Im kind of worried about florida just because I'm not sure exactly how much I'll be able to run and when and whatnot but Id like to get a workout or 2 in while I'm there. Itll be nice to be able to run in a tshirt and shorts again though
