Found out what they did at practice today, did it mahself but with less recovery. 300,500,300,500,300 with 3 min recovery after the 300s and 4 min recov after the 500s consisting of jogging and walking. Felt good actually. The 4 miler was basically a fartlek. For the most part it was at a steady pace except in a few random spots I picked it up. Gooood day.
