Comments:
Lightweight gear today, just a tee and sweatpants, felt good. Ran the same route as last week for the 5 miler, wanted to do it fast but more controlled. First 2 miles felt strong and controlled but 3 and 4 started to get a little tired, last mile really dug it out to make up for the lost time and finishing strong is just my thing, I love doing it, it ends the run on a good note. Afterwards stretched and did 4x200 with equal amount of recovery. First time feeling fast in awhile. Solid day.
