Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did this run after getting back from the beach. The surf was pretty good and I was swimming a fair amount. I thought that I was going to be really tired. We drove back out to Mana rd, Dad ran on the rd and I headed back into town. I stuck to the south on the roads, and then cut back to 19 and ran back through town.
I dont know what happened on this run. It could have been downhill and the wind was with me. I was flying none the less. I never do training runs this fast, but hey I felt good so I went with it. No problems with back or hip. Left leg was a little tight in the beginning but I worked into it.
Got back and did hurdle warmups and dynamic flexibility outside. Then I did hips, back, and breaks. They felt fine also. Stretch and abs.
This run got a "Legit Seal of Approval". I felt like I could train again.
Also, apparently Lance Armstrong was out on the highway today training for his next race in Australia.
