sides of my feet REALLY hurting, particularly the right one...yesturday's super long run irritated them pretty badly...probably not the best idea...if i work that foot muscle (or is it a tendon?) too hard, i wonder if i'll pull it...my feet were tender from when i first got out of bed. hobbled to the bathroom...limped down the stairs...the usual...so walk certainly wasn't easy. but of course i ran anyway. mix of a walk run to barnes & noble before i started my actual run. tried stretching it out by just running regularly. that certaintly stretched it out, but maybe not in a good way? might've made it more likely to tear? but it didn't. will probably take this week-end off before basketball on monday. no reason to risk injury (as i've never actually gotten injured before. nock on wood :)
