Needed to get my first 20+ run in. Watched the Rose Bowl. Felt pretty good throughout. Took 1 minute stretching break at 15 miles. Other than that, just a steady pace of 6.7. Picked pace up to 7 (8:30) for last 2 miles which was a challenge. Legs were quite tired and stomach not too happy with gels and gatorade but all was manageable. Gel at 5.5, 11, & 16. Drank 60/20.
