Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Went to the Y with TJ. Still can't really swim very well, I panic with the breathing and pull my head out of the water too much. Guessing distances on these because idr how many laps I did.
Swim 300 yds
Kick 200 yds
Swim 200 yds
Spent more time on the wall talking that actually doing anything, oops.
At home I did my stretches as well as 5x30 abs plus minute 3-way planks. Pushups.
