Got my spikes!!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: low 40's and nice for running

Comments:
Long-ish. Found a new route which I'll use for long runs at home for a while. Out to burnt hill, through wild azalea lane and down mountain road for a while. Out and back but very enjoyable. Lower right leg was tight again, especially my Achilles, probably from yesterday. I just kept going and somewhere by 6 or 7 it was where it should be and I was feeling really good. I had a similar thing happen last year and what it needed was several easy miles to just relax and loosen up. Seemed to work this time too.

Lift:Did the week 2 day 2 lift circuit once, got interrupted for half an hour while a family friend (also a runner) was here to drop off my new spikes and visit for a while, then did it another three times. Those clap push ups are a killer.
Missed abs, I'll do them tomorrow.

RHR: missed it in the late wake up for church
