Beautiful weather for running on my birthday! Tough run as the route is pretty hilly. Consequently I think I'll consider this my moderate pace day. I'm going to hold off my first lifting day until Wednesday because my it band on my left leg was giving me some trouble when I finished where it was hard to bend my leg up so I figured burpees and equates wouldn't be the best things to help it heal. I'm just going to ice it today. Hips.
