Comments:
Mid day run from the Plantations. Basically looped around the golf course. Started at flat rock, horse hill, horse barns out to warren, hanshaw to triphammer,down to Cradit Farm Dr through Hasbrouck, across golfcourse and back down the hill and across the bridge. 4 strides in the plantations when I was done. Time might be a little off because the striders were part of the mileage...

My hips and back were pretty sore today. I guess I didnt ice as much as I should have. Overall my legs were fine, but the hip joint was creaky. My knee was kinda tight too... I would like to do the tempo tomorrow, And I bet it will hold together.

Drove back home, did hurdle warm ups and leg swings, but no dynamic flexibility my hip wasnt feeling it. Hips, back, and hammies followed by stretch. Still felt sore in the lower back after...
