8x300m Hill Repeats
My bowels hurt so badly I was really doubting whether or not I would even finish the workout or even the warmup for that matter. I was unable to really give any more than tempo effort on the repeats because of this, but I just sucked it up and completed everything. My plantar fascia hurt some but it was overshadowed by my digestive issues. I timed nothing and the cooldown was very slow.
