Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
VERY RELAXING morning: made tea and read "Born to Run" in the loft of the resort, overlooking the waves crashing ashore. Very cool.
Then B and I lifted weights in their little gym. We had a nice pool at the Resort -- pretty long, and 3-5ish feet deep. So I did similar to Thursday:
5 min aqua jog warm up
15 minutes:
3/4 running (3->5')
1/4 aqua jog
Felt FINE during and just the TINIEST bit sore at the very end and afterwards, that night. But I think it's because it got sore from actually being WORKED.
