I'm so creative with my titles, I crack myself up. =)
Anyway....18:34 over to STA, drill and such, then 4x467 or whatever measurement their track is. then 19:27 back. I'll call it 50 i guess? Felt good today, a bit lagging during the run there. I guess I can attribute some of the tiredness to getting back at 2am. Not the best workout, but not reading too too much into it. Still feel strong which is nice, even though tired today. Crunches after!
