Comments:
We ran 3min hard then about 1min easy then went down by 30secs till 1min, then back up to 3min hard then finished, around the track. I felt good, was worried about my knee, but its ok. the fast pace was at mile pace, the rest was easy. ran 16 laps = 4miles in about 22:34. good pace.
