Almost shit my pants as we we started strides, had to leave right after the 3rd one, i think i shit for 10 straight minutes which caused me to miss the 50 sec run and the 1st interval of the workout, 1000m. Quite pissed. Anyways rest of the workout was 800m, 675m, 600m, 500m then a 400m. Not a lot of recovery at all, very hard day. At the end of the workout had Dave time me in the 50 sec run since I missed it before practice, completely dead afterwards. More speed tomorrow then distance thursday/friday to round out the week. Felt so slow today, reallyrealylreally need to get back in track shape.
