4 x 800's at uptempo pace sub 7 minute pace.. targeting 3:30.. 3:17..3:26..3:28..3:32.. with 60..90.. 2:30 recoveries in between.. 3 minute rest then.. 30 seconds on..30 seconds off x's 12
a very..very solid first workout.. the team ran well..
