Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
8 miles around the hills around 11AM, then two more at the YMCA plus lifting after lunch.
Legs didn't feel great, really tight, so I stretched well afterward. I'm pretty sure this is my legs fighting back for Sunday and leg lifting yesterday.
Other than the fact that I managed to train well and actually helped myself out on the job front, this break wasn't too great. I didn't really get to go out with my friends as much as I would have liked. 2 out of 3 ain't bad, but I can't wait to get back to Case.
