tried running today after the awful new years sickness from NY, felt pretty much better so i went for a qheurs loop with the guys and it wasnt that bad. not horribly fast but whatevs. meet tomorrow, well see how that goes lol. some drills and a few lameo pickups afterwards, just dont hurt yourself in the meet tomorrow!
