I felt really good today. I'm definitely in great shape right now. It's nice to feel fast after so much time of terrible running. I never pushed very hard on any of the 1000's, just sort of cruised along. I'm blaming the second one being slower than the rest on Tyler. He wasn't feeling great today and he led on that one. Also I only planned on doing 10 miles today, but I compromised on 11 with Tyler, and then after we got back in Evan gave me one of those looks and convinced me to do his cooldown with him.
