wasnt really feeling it today
started off pretty easy quads a bit heavy but nothing major. got to the hill, and it decided to give me a few souveniers of 4 cuts and a variety of bruises. Kind of threw me off for the rest of the run as pathetic as that sounds, leg was throbbing the whole time and I felt like I was going so slow (know I was because i fell behind then got caught by a light). Planks back at school

I'm not sure if I'm just tired from exams and whatnot or if break training is catching up to me but everything feels pretty tired and lagging. Maybe the day off tomorrow will do me some good, though I might still do strength/weights if permitted (is that allowed?). Legs need to rest a day I know, havent taken a day off in 3.5 weeks. Hopefully that'll get them a little more energy/feeling better from today.
