Comments:
8 x 800, 1.5 mile warm up with 100m pickups for last half mile, 300m (90-100 seconds) recovery between intervals, 1 mile cooldown.
rain. no watch. no socks. new shorts. nothing like it. absolutely cherish gut-wrenching, purposeful workouts like this. i'd guess most of my intervals fell somewhere between 2:45 and 2:55, with the usual surprise low two forty something thrown in for fun.
jonesing to race a 5k.
