Snyderhill loop

Comments:
I guess this was a shortened loop because I didnt want to go on the bike path again. Went from home, up quarry, down snyder hill(hit a huge blizzard at the top, then it disappeared at the bottom), pine tree to campus, past the vet school to the water tower, dirt road to gamefarm, then stevenson and dodge home.

It was pretty cold out today. Hit some snow patched here and there. Felt pretty good going out, but with a mile left my hip started to hurt, and then my knee tightened up. Not a great feeling.

Came back, hurdle warm ups, dynamic flexibility, hips and back (forgot hammies. Ill do them later tonight when my hip feels better), and then stretched and did abs. Afterward, by piriformis and lower back, and I guess my hip too were very tight and it hurt to walk. They felt weak and over extended. I dont know whats up since it was ok running... I really need to get back to icing and adviling regularly...

Since I cant do the time trial stuff on saturday, I plan to do my long run then, and get back to the schedule of running mon-sat and then swimming sunday.
