Had an ortho appointment so I missed practice today, Gene told me yesterday that we were doing speed again today, however, didnt actually tellme what we were doing so I just did short intervals since yesterday was long ass ones. Thought I was doing 200s but I measured wrong and turns out I was actually doing 180s :/ But the good thing is I was very consistent and didnt feel tired at all. 1st one was 30, 2-7 were 32, and the last 3 were 33. In between jogged a 150 then walked for about 30 seconds and hit it again. Felt good, also, did a 300 beofre and after the workout, 51 and 53 for those. Seems like Im starting to get back to my speed.
