Comments:
Just chillin at home doin some runners reaches, body squats and calf raises. Life is pretty bro.

POSSIBLE EYE TWITCH CAUSES:
-lack of sleep (but I go to sleep at like 1030 at the latest and I wake up at 630 so that isn't actually that little sleep...)
-stress (maybe I am stressed because of the upcoming track season and SGA/homecoming stuff but I mean I don't FEEL that stressed about it...)
-fatigue (I'm not quite sure what fatigue means so its probably not that.)
-computer/TV screens (okay this one is actually pretty likely considering I'm always on facebook or watching NCIS...)
-vitamin deficiency (I kind of take a vitamin everyday but I forget a lot and when I'm not in the mood to swallow a pill I don't take it so maybe this is it too?)
-eye strain (I wear glasses/contacts so I don't think so...)
-allergies (I only have seasonal allergies in the summer so not this.)
-caffeine (Aside water I only drink Sprite and I don't think that has caffeine.)
-pinched nerve (Yeah I don't know what this means so probably not.)
-medication (This is a possibility but probably not...)
-withdrawl (No.)
-neurological disorder (No.)

PS - during new one footed calf raises my feet cracked a lot!
PPS - OMG MY EYE JUST STARTED TWITCHING AAAAHHHHHH
