went to the creek near somerset/behind the dorset park and ran around there/mini bush whacked. beautiful day/run! Felt good, so I kept going and ended up doing the part of the geico loop backwards. that should be a challenge one day. after, light lifting w/ Marisa, because of the day off yesterday figured I shouldnt do too too much
