WOW i have been eatin tooo much junk food!!!

October 28, 2008 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Great, kinda cold

Comments:
Today after school, i went home, then had a piece of left over birthday cake (BIG MISTAKE) then i got a text saying that we were still going to go for our run!
haha.

so i ran from my house, to Tully park which took me 12:04
(i no kuz i got a new sweeeet watch for my bday :D )
and i am guessing that its maby a mile and a half(ish?)

THEN, Meghan and i ran 7 400's
(we just ran around one of the softball fecnes, we were guessing that was about the right length, it definatly felt like it.)

BUT WAIT THERES MORE! then we stretched, AND did abbs! :D
we did...
50sec. of biscels,
50sec. of crunches,
and
50sec. of cherry pickers !!
((all timed with my new watch))

THEN i had to run home, which sucked, i totaly felt that piece of cake... omg it hurt sooooo bad that was one of the worst side aches i have had in a long time!! no thanks to all the junk food i have been eating!!!

Ashley was going to be there too, she was the one who came up with todays workout, but she got buzzy. :)

But we (Meghan, Ashley, and Me) are definatly going to stay in shape!

i cant wait for next season.
