Well things went a lot better today than last Wednesday. 1st, I used my Nike watch instead of the Garmin. 2nd, I ran 1/2 mile splits which were a lot easier to keep track of (5 laps as apposed to 2 1/2 laps) and finally I seemed like I was in more control of this work-out as apposed to the last one. I will pay close attention to how fast I recover from this work out so that I will know if I can recover fast enough before the race on the 8th (3 days). If Iam still sluggish on Saturday i MAY NOT WORK OUT .
